Our Offer

As a Leading School’s Partner (LSP) the Directors work in collaboration with your school or Trust to develop leaders, teachers and children. Our services are driven by the needs of the school to enable us to establish a genuine school-led partnership. To ensure that our agreed programme of school improvement is personalised and flexible we offer you the opportunity to discuss your school’s or Trust’s needs with us. The personal relationship we develop with people is very important to us and will be based upon trust, honesty and integrity. 

Our offer to you is based around four key themes: 

1. Leadership Coaching

Our approach is to listen, support, coach and challenge leaders to be self-critical and reflective upon their school systems of innovation and continual improvement. Working collaboratively with leaders we will evaluate what works well and what doesn’t work well to agree actions that will achieve the best outcomes for children within your school or Trust context.

2. Leadership & Accountability

Our approach is to ensure that the school’s or Trust’s accountability processes are based on a rigorous, evidence-informed and evaluative system of the impact of leaders’ actions taken to improve the school’s or Trust’s performance. We will coach, support and mentor leaders to implement effective accountability systems using Leading School’s documentation.

3. Leadership of Learning

Our approach is to support leaders and teachers to lead learning in their school or Trust with a passion and drive for excellence for each child.

4. Leadership of Developing People

Our approach is to develop people by providing a continual programme of professional development for leaders, teachers and children that is profession-led, innovative and ethical. The programme will be based upon individual, local and national priorities, and to ensure we are minimising workload we will offer simple, yet effective, ways of writing school improvement documentation.
