Working collaboratively with leaders we will evaluate what works well and what doesn’t work well to agree actions that will achieve the best outcomes for children within your school or Trust context.
Our approach is to ensure that the school’s or Trust’s accountability processes are based on a rigorous, evidence-informed and evaluative system of the impact of leaders’ actions taken to improve the school’s or Trust’s performance. We will coach, support and mentor leaders to implement effective accountability systems using Leading School’s documentation.
